Assistance with routine household tasks such as shopping, maintaining the living space, and laundry is necessary. The client is active and sociable, enjoys spending time in the garden, and has a fondness for classical music and operas. A caregiver with a driver's license is required, and a car will be available.

Care for a 90-year-old senior (165 cm, 50 kg) who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and incontinence. The senior is classified in the 4th level of care and moves with the help of a walker. Psychologically, she is oriented in time, place, and person, but has limited short-term memory and repeats questions. Her speech is clear, and she can communicate her needs, although she has impaired hearing and it is necessary to speak loudly and clearly. She sees well. She suffers from shortness of breath and heart stenosis, which affects her mobility. She needs assistance with dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene, including necessary help with showering. Night duties include emptying the stoma bag, but it is not needed every night. The caregiver is responsible for meal preparation, shopping, and maintaining the household. Accommodation is possible in the senior's apartment or in her son's apartment, where there is an older dog cared for by her daughter. Internet is available.

A caregiver is sought for an elderly person with limited lung capacity and trembling hands. The only person in the household is a man aged 88 years, weighing 90 kg and measuring 170 cm. The location is in postal code 25791, a rural setting. The job includes household tasks such as laundry, cooking, cleaning, light gardening, accompanying the client on shopping trips and to the doctor, providing companionship, and assisting with daily activities. No night work or lifting is required. Accommodation is provided in a separate part of the family house with internet access.

Breakfast is around 8:00 AM, lunch is approximately at 12:00 PM, and dinner is at 6:00 PM. Showering occurs once a week or as needed. She goes to bed at approximately 9:00 PM. No nighttime assistance is required.

The job responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, toilet visits, and daily care of the client, preparing meals according to the clients' wishes, shopping, cleaning the household, laundry, ironing, and general household management.

The client's husband also lives in the household. He is independent and requires only minimal assistance, but he has a more demanding personality and enjoys discussions. Therefore, it is important for the caregiver to be confident, patient, and have a very good knowledge of the German language. She should be able to communicate with the husband respectfully while maintaining authority. The current caregiver gets along very well with him, knows how to tell him what to do, and when necessary, guides him so as not to interfere with her work.

The caregiver will be accommodated in her own room with an area of approximately 12 m². Internet is available in the household.

Caregiving for an 84-year-old senior (72 kg, 168 cm) who suffers from mild dementia, incontinence, and diabetic foot syndrome. The senior is mostly oriented and calm, but occasionally becomes confused and forgetful. Communication is good, and he enjoys conversation. Due to health issues with his feet, some toes have been amputated, and he is awaiting further heel surgery. The main responsibilities include assistance with daily care activities—morning rising, hygiene, dressing, toilet assistance, and monitoring of incontinence aids. The caregiver should be nearby as a contact person, provide companionship, and encourage activity. It is advisable to motivate him to move and practice walking as much as possible. The senior enjoys spending time watching TV, reading newspapers, and being outdoors.

The senior's wife lives with him and manages most of the household tasks herself but needs relief with routine chores such as cleaning, laundry, and household assistance. No heavy physical labor is required, though light assistance may be needed during transfers. An elevated toilet seat and stair lift are available.

Night work is not required. The senior usually sleeps through the night, using a urinal or incontinence aids.

The caregiver resides in a family home in Munich (81245 München). A furnished guest room, internet, and various accommodation options are available by agreement. Pets are welcome in the household. Time off can be arranged by agreement.

For a modern psychiatric long-term care facility in the Mostviertel region, we are looking for qualified registered nurses (DGKP). The facility provides professional care to adult clients with psychiatric disorders and offers a stable work environment with an emphasis on individual approach and team collaboration.

We offer a basic salary of €3,795 gross per month + allowances for night shifts, Sundays, and holidays, SEG allowance of €241 net per month, Pflegebonus, and 13th and 14th salary. A caregiving service arrives in the morning for basic hygiene, and cleaning help is provided once a week. Nighttime assistance is needed 1–2 times for toilet transfers. A calm Yorkshire Terrier lives in the household. The caregiver has their own room with internet access, and free time is available by arrangement, whenever the senior does not require transfer assistance.

Caregiving for a 90-year-old senior (60 kg, 158 cm) who is mentally fit for her age and communicates well, but is physically limited due to overall weakness and a high risk of falling. The senior currently cannot put weight on her knee, cannot stand up or walk independently, and is therefore reliant on a wheelchair. Assistance is required for transferring from bed (the client can stand briefly, and a swivel disc or lift may be available), as well as help with hygiene, dressing, and toilet visits, including incontinence care. Monitoring medication intake, prepared by her daughter, is also part of the responsibilities.

The job duties include maintaining the household, doing laundry, cleaning, and cooking on a gas stove. Large shopping trips are done together with the daughter, while smaller shops are within walking distance. Night assistance is not regular; the senior usually sleeps through the night, but supervision is needed if she wakes up to prevent falling out of bed. The senior lives in a family house, residing on the ground floor.

A furnished room with internet and a private bathroom in the family house is prepared for the caregiver. Free time is arranged in agreement with the daughter. A non-smoker with a good knowledge of the German language is required.
