The job includes meal preparation, shopping, general household care, and laundry. Shopping is accessible on foot. Two people live in the household, and there is also a need for minor assistance with the care of another person.

Caregiving takes place in a two-generation house with an area of 90 m² in the village. The caregiver has their own guest room with internet access, and the bathroom is shared. Time off can be arranged as needed, with one free day per week and 2–3 consecutive hours of free time daily.

She mostly manages her morning hygiene on her own, but depending on her current health condition, she may need assistance. After breakfast, she moves around the apartment, and another dose of medication is administered in the late morning. The caregiver prepares lunch, which should be served no later than 14:00. An outpatient nursing service visits the household (providing home care), and night-time availability of the caregiver is also required.

Job responsibilities include complete household management, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation, with a hot meal cooked in the evening. Shopping is about a five-minute drive away and can be done together with the client. The role also involves spending time together and supporting daily activities. Night work is not required, and physical lifting is not necessary as all transfers are done using lifts. The client retains perception and orientation.

Care takes place in Groß-Gerau, in a family house with a small garden. The caregiver is provided with a furnished guest room with Wi-Fi.
